The nineteenth annual Binghamton University Graduate Combinatorics Algebra and Topology Conference (BUGCAT Conference) will meet November 21-22, 2026 at Binghamton University. Graduate students at all levels, as well as faculty, are invited to give a 20-minute talk; talks may be expository or on current research. This year, we have three distinguished keynote speakers: Casey Donoven (Montana State University Northern), Ben Knudsen (Colorado State University) and Pablo Soberón (City University of New York).

Gruppen und topologische Gruppen is a two-days conference organized every semester since 1972. It is devoted mainly to group theory and topological group theory, and related topics. The GtG meeting in winter 2027 will be held at the University of Udine (Italy). The conference starts on Friday 22 January 2027 in the morning and finishes on Saturday 23 January 2027 before lunch. Participants are invited to deliver contributed talks. Registration is available until 15 November 2026.

Andrew Casson changed the face of geometric topology with work in low dimensions as well as high. This conference honors his legacy and explores current frontiers in these areas. This workshop aims to bring together experts in the field to share their recent results on cutting-edge topics. Key topics include homological stability for Hurwitz spaces and the stacky perspective on counting problems. The workshop will also cover motivic approaches to counting and the new challenges of generalizing classical results to the wild case. We encourage participants to discuss ways to unify these ideas for further development.
