An international meeting organised by Henri Darmon (McGill University), Emily King (Colorado State University), Jeff Lagarias (University of Michigan) and David Solomon (IMJ-PRG). It will focus on themes around SIC-POVMs related to Number Theory (including the Stark Conjectures), Frame Theory and Quantum Physics.
