This workshop features two lecture series -- on the combinatorics of k-Schur and Catalan functions (by Jonah Blasiak) and on the quantum K-theory of the flag variety (by Leonardo Mihalcea). Aimed at graduate students, the workshop will also include many background lectures presented by advanced students and postdocs. Some funding available for US-based grad students. Students interested in combinatorial algebraic geometry who might be willing to give a background lecture are especially encouraged to apply.
